Through a 5-week summer intensive, TEEP directly targets the academic achievement gap and offers youth career exposure, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to succeed in school and beyond. Through regular Restorative Justice Circles, youth engage in circles for conflict resolution, self-reflection, and building a strong sense of community.
